Susan’s personal commitment is to support more visibility, voice, value and velocity for emergent leaders. Susan coaches CEOs, executives and entrepreneurs to support deeply satisfying, wildly creative, and sustainable work/life success.

Her clients work at Apple, Google, Amazon, Oracle, Genentech, Intuit, Dolby, Network Appliance, wikiHow, Silicon Valley Bank, Sony Entertainment and the non-profit Guide Dogs for The Blind.

She also co-created and and coaches women in a Fortune 5 Global Women's Leadership Program. Susan is a member of the board producing TEDxSandHillRdWomen and Evenings of Emergence.

As a corporate executive, Susan collaborated with the founders of Patagonia, Smith & Hawken, and PowerBar, to successfully co-create companies that not only launched innovative products but pioneered environmental, social, gender equity, and corporate responsibility – forever changing the way conscious companies do business. Her practices and results have also been highlighted in U.S. News and World Report and HR Magazine.
