Opus College of Business

Susan Campion is a creative and innovative change agent who works with leaders to crystallize, scope, and execute emerging business strategies. She specializes in bringing disparate groups and individuals together to deliver outstanding results. She's worked with organizations such as Be the Match, McKnight Foundation, Springboard for the Arts, MN State Arts Board, Seattle Children's Hospital, North Memorial Hospital, Novartis (US+Europe), PwC, Lanesboro Arts, Devon Energy, and more.

She’s a motivating leader who is comfortable working across cultures, in diverse industries and organizations, and in complex and dynamic environments. She brings strong analytical skills and creative capabilities to help your organization re-frame problems and identify new opportunities. She also applies pragmatic project management to make things happen. She believes the ideas for advancing organizations can be found in many places and that businesses are most successful when igniting the imagination and talents of their people.

GIANT STEPS

As a founder of Giant Steps, Susan is creating a community for path-forging creative entrepreneurs and artists. Giant Steps is a community, conference, and radio show for exchanging ideas, tools, and experiences; fostering innovative and “unlikely” collaborations; and constructively blurring boundaries between business and art.

Susan has delivered keynotes and workshops at several events in the US and Europe, including the Women’s International Networking (WIN) Conference in Prague, Salone GammaDonna in Turin, M-State’s Entrepreneurs’ Expo, the American Management Association, the Women’s CIO Roundtable, Target, tpt-PBS, the Institute for Industrial Engineers and more.

She is also hosts Giant Steps Radio, a weekly show on KRSM.

A global citizen who’s lived in five countries and traveled to many more, she’s been collecting good ideas and good music from all over the world for most of the last 25 years.
