Susan Alevas

Susan F. Alevas, Esq., President, Alevas Consulting Group, Inc. Ms. Alevas is an engaging management training consultant and a principled private attorney licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Florida. Spanning more than 25 years, her previous management career included leadership in human resources and labor relations in both the private and public sectors, in addition to serving concurrently as in-house attorney for several organizations. Ms. Alevas specializes in the areas of employee/labor relations, budgeting, contract negotiations, conflict resolution, adjudication of employee grievances, recruitment and staffing, workplace ethics, HRIS operations (including the design, testing and implementation of a customized company-wide system), performance management, staff development, succession planning, and benefits administration. Susan holds a Juris Doctoral degree from the Touro School of Law in New York and B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York.
