XLRI - Xavier School of Management

Sunil Kumar Sarangi is currently teaching Communication and Leadership at XLRI, Jamshedpur. For five years now, he has been the Program Director of Basic Leadership Skills (BLS), the flagship Management Development Program of XLRI. He has over 20 years of corporate and academic experience. He holds a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature as a university gold medalist. He is area of research is language, entrepreneurship, and neuro-communication.

He has worked for Goldman Sachs , Oracle, Dale Carnegie India where got his international certification as a teacher/trainer and taught/trained for a number of enterprises.

He has designed and delivered/taught Management Development Programs [as Program Director] and as resource faculty for: senior IFS Officers, Allied Officers of Govt of India, Central Labour Commissioners. The executives of senior management of CANARA Bank, State Bank of India, IndianOil, National Healthcare Nepal. Executives from across all levels of Societe Generale Global Solution, Bank of Baroda, Genpact, Ashok Leyland, BioQuest Global, Himalaya Drug Co, MRF, Oil India, Unicharm , NTPC, TATA Steel, JSW Steel, TATA Motors, Indian Oil, NHPC, PowerGrid, Himalaya Drug Company, Bharat Petroleum Company Ltd, KOHLER, Usha Martin etc. Last year, he delivered session on patient-doctor communication frame-work to an audience of Neurologists, Neuro-psychiatrists and P.G. students of medical science.
