Ms. Tan is a senior register nurse who has devoted to the public health practice for two decades. To enhance commitment to behavioural changes that are necessary to improve one’s health outcomes in a sustainable manner with better rapport and engagement, Susan created EASY with Susan Health Coaching methodology - combining Motivational Interviewing (MI) with social learning theories. It provides clients with the CAR (Competence, Autonomy, and Relevance) to take personal responsibility of their health.
