Stuart Ward  is an adjunct faculty member at SIPA where he has been teaching Quantitative Techniques for over 17 years. In that time, he has guided approximately 1000 students with customized stats projects covering nearly as many unique applications. He completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematics at Villanova University and received his masters degree in classical/frequentist statistics from Columbia University. He also studied Bayesian stats at Harvard University. The stats he learned and teaches in class have been applied during the quarter century he has worked for a major media company based in New York. Professor Ward is also the co-founder of redgreenapples.com, a restaurant review web site based on recommendations from Columbia faculty, administrators, and students, backed up by his close friends and colleagues from around New York.
