Stuart Haden

Stuart is the Learning Programmes Developer for the CIPD, building proposals and courses for UK and international clients, managing the delivery of projects and continuously refreshing content and new product development.

A learning and development professional with over 25 years experience as a facilitator, coach and consultant. Specialising in developing optimal performance with individuals, teams and organisations. Throughout his work he values authenticity, coachability and personal energy.

In 2013, he published his first book – It’s Not About The Coach: Getting the Most from Coaching in Business, Sport and Life. A unique angle on coaching inspiring the coachee to make informed choices about coaching, discover readiness for learning and develop the values required for success.

Working across all industry sectors, typical assignments include HR leadership, managing people, coaching, optimal performance, culture development, transformation, consultancy and change management.

Outside of work, family and friends are his number one priority. He also plays hockey for Wales Masters, enjoys watching rugby and heading out for trail runs.
