I am a performance coach with extensive experience helping organizations to build high-performance teams, and in aiding performers to achieve more success and satisfaction across a wide variety of domains. I work to ensure my clients maximize and realize their performance potential, and assist leaders and team members to foster and develop the psychological skills necessary for successful intra/entrepreneurship.

I have delivered workshops internationally to organizations within tech, entertainment, medical and education sectors — on topics such as “Self-leadership in Creative Teams” and “Finding Your Intrinsic Motivation”.  I have also developed an online coaching process that gives my clients greater insight and understanding of themselves and their working team — leading to increased engagement, empowerment, and effectiveness. My clients include Cirque Du Soleil, Kings of Leon, The Royal Ballet, London Symphony Orchestra, BBC Scotland, Ballet BC, British Rally, The Peak Performance Project/Music BC, Bobsleigh Canada, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Olympic Athletes, FuseForward, Canada Council for the Arts, Red Academy, Stuttgart Ballet (Germany), several West End (London) musical and theater productions, among many others.
