Biography

Kenan-Flagler Business School

Stevie is a Professor of the Practice for Consulting Skills Framework and Healthcare Consulting at Kenan-Flagler. She also serves as a STAR Program Faculty Advisor.

Prior to Kenan-Flagler, Stevie was with McKinsey & Company for 7 years, focused on Market Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness. During her time at McKinsey, she led the development of the firm’s practice area on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. She also led the “Women’s Initiative” to increase retention of female consultants. Prior to McKinsey, Stevie worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina for 20 years. During her time at BCBS, she led several teams as the Vice President of Strategy, IT, and Operations, respectively. Stevie is a Norman Block Award Recipient.
