Georgia Tech Professional Education

Steven "Flash" Gordon is the GTRI Orlando Field Office Manager and Georgia Tech's Director of the Test and Evaluation Research and Education Center. He served more than 26 years in the U.S. Air Force as an aircrew member in the F-111, director of Air Operations Centers in Pacific Command, Air Staff division chief for Modeling & Simulation, and professor and head of the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the Air Force Academy.

He also served five years as the technical director for the Air Force Agency for Modeling & Simulation in Orlando. His current research is in Return on Investment for Modeling and Simulation Programs and in Design of Experiments methods to accelerate and improve Test and Evaluation.
