The Kets de Vries Institute

Stephanie Shirley-Smith is the the Programme Co-ordinator at the Kets de Vries Institute, responsible for the development and running of KDVI’s Professional Development Programmes and Client Specific Programmes. I'm also part of the KDVI marketing team, managing digital media, and the promotion of KDVI services and 360° feedback development tools.

 

Previously, Stephanie worked as a Modern Foreign Languages teacher in secondary schools across the UK, specialising in French and German. Over the eight years she spent in this role, she took on several roles, including Lead Teacher and Head of Key Stage 3, responsible both for the development of the curriculum and performance of pupils in Languages, as well as mentoring staff across the Language Department and guiding their professional development.

 

Stephanie has a BA in German with European Studies from The University of Sussex and a PGCE in German with French from The University of Exeter.
