EXPERTISE/RESEARCH INTERESTS

Professor Greene began teaching at Boston College in 1994. She teaches Introduction to Business Law, the Law of IP, Marketing, and Antitrust, and International Law. Her research interests include employment law, intellectual property issues, and pharmaceutical regulation. Recent publications include: “First Amendment Concerns in Off-label Promotion of Drugs,” San Diego Law Review (forthcoming); “Exceeding Authorized Access in the Workplace: Prosecuting Disloyal Conduct under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act,” American Business Law Journal (2013) (with C. Professor Greene currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Legal Studies Education. She is Of Counsel to the Boston law firm Greene LLP.
