Stefan Picciocchi LinkedIn Profile
I am a SHRM-SCP and SPHR-certified Human Resource leader who has been in the business for almost twenty years. I am result-oriented, forward-thinking and I am deeply committed to utilizing all the tools and methodologies of Humans Resource functions. I have significant and diverse experience in various industries.
Why I am different than the average Human Resource professional?
I love a challenge. Challenges have been presented to me throughout my career and I relish them as important professional and personal growth opportunities. I thrive on doing what people say I cannot do.
Employee relations. I genuinely enjoy interacting with people. I have an exceptionally unique blend of being able to speak to all levels of employees in terms that they understand. I can work with multiple levels of the workforce and be able to have them all comprehend, through my personal communication, what they need to know based on their personal role.
Problem solving. I really enjoy being a creative problem solver. I love to use innovative, collaborative strategies to deliver quality initiatives to increase revenue and profit objectives, but I also love to use these skills to assist employees. Through my problem solving abilities, I like to identify and anticipate organizational needs and implementations.
Employment law. I am well-versed and have hands-on experience with employment law. This links back to my strong communication and interpersonal skill set. I like to stay commercially attuned and always have dexterity of thought. I am always sensitive to people's needs, but I understand the importance of being able to balance risk and manage the organization accordingly.
Mentoring. I have always believed and will always believe that mentoring and being mentored is essential for professional growth.
