• Worked as Registrar at Accman Institute of Management with the responsibilities of Examination Controller, Admission In Charge, and In Charge of AICTE and other regulatory matters. Achievements include approval for a total intake of 240 students within two years of existence, filling up of all seats since inception, introduction and implementation of trimester system, and conduct of examinations and declaration of results as per timelines given in a smooth and transparent manner.
• Worked as Academic Coordinator for International MBA programme affiliated to Maharishi University of Management, Fairfield, IOWA, U.S.A. at Maharishi Institute of Management, Noida, India, from Jan 2001 to August 2004.
