Simon brings more than 15 years of global corporate experience to his role as a trainer – but that''s only the beginning!
In his diverse and wide ranging roles as a parent, actor, facilitator and project manager he displays passion, commitment, humour and attention to detail.
His focus is always to enable clients, both individuals and groups, to gain new skills and be the architects of their own development.
He has invaluable experience in both the public and private sector, at all levels and he has been part of providing excellent quality delivery for clients such as:- Barclays, Emap Publishing, Dell, MDPGA, Clifford Chance, 3663, Clyde and Co., Eurostar, The Economist, Skanska Construction, Herts County Council, Cancer Research UK, O2, Astra Zeneca, Clear Channel and Accenture amongst others.
He has been an integral part of designing, delivering, writing and project managing work for programmes including Recruitment and Assessment, Business Development, Feedback, Presentation Skills, Personal Brand and Impact, Change Management, Assertiveness, Customer Service and Performance Management.
His engaging and fun approach enable him to challenge perceptions and assumptions; an invaluable tool for an Impact Factory Consultant.
He believes in maintaining credibility, flexibility, and respect for everyone whilst, at the same time, continuing to learn and develop himself at every possible opportunity.
