Simon Stöpfgeshoff

As the Director of Corporate Programmes at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law of the University St. Gallen (ES-HSG) Dr. Simon Stöpfgeshoff is responsible for Custom Programmes. Prior to joining the ES-HSG, he was the CLO of a Danish globally operating wind turbine manufacturer and also Programme Director at a Corporate University of one of the largest French industrial groups in Paris. He started his career in 1997 in an international HR consultancy in Germany and France. Dr. Stöpfgeshoff has deep international expertise as trainer, coach, consultant and lecturer (among others at the University of Applied Science in Bern teaching International HR Management) in Change Management, Team development, Talent Management, Learning Strategies and Management Diagnostic. Being a native German, he speaks fluently English, French and Italian. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Bayreuth on the topic of Organisational Learning.
