Biography
ESCP Europe Business School
Simon Porcher is an HDR Lecturer (Habilitation to Direct Research), Director of the Master in Management and Business Administration (MAE) in initial training and Scientific Director of the Economics of Public-Private Partnerships Chair (EPPP) . It studies the determinants of the quality of public services. His research has been published in the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Journal of Business Ethics, and Public Administration Review. Before joining the IAE, Simon held positions at the London School of Economics and the European University Institute. He teaches public management and quantitative data analysis to working executives and work-study students.
