Siân Foulds

Siân Foulds is a bi-lingual (English and French) executive coach with a particular focus on leadership development and management issues. A British national, living in Paris since 1994, Siân’s professional career spans more than 25 years and several industries, with experience of doing business in Europe, the Americas, India, Asia and the Middle East.  She has also lived in Germany, Japan, the United States and Australia.

Siân has successfully operated in contrasting organizational cultures, generating a rich experience of client relationship, leadership and management roles at top executive levels. Siân spent 10 years as a corporate financier for an international investment bank where she also gained hands-on experience of addressing change management and cross cultural issues. 

In 1994, Siân’s entrepreneurial spirit motivated her to create and run a business in the international travel sector.  In parallel, over the years, she has become increasingly involved in the humanitarian and cultural non-profit sectors, initiating or participating in multi-party projects.  As a keen amateur musician she founded a Jazz School and runs Jazz Improvisation workshops, an activity that harnesses her interests in creativity, group dynamics and optimizing personal transitions.

Siân thus brings to executive coaching her ‘real life’ experience of the business and artistic worlds, supported by a clinical approach to leadership and management issues.  As a graduate of INSEAD’s Fontainebleau program on Coaching and Consulting for Change, her thesis on Leadership and the dynamics of groups during transition in ‘structured’ and ‘unstructured’ organizations, received a Cum Laude.  She is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations.

Siân has received academic qualifications with honors at King’s College University of London, the London Business School and INSEAD, France. Siân is experienced in 360° feedback instruments and certified for bi-lingual application of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
