Shrey Gupta

I’m a startup operator with a background in strategy consulting, particularly passionate about the built environment and decarbonization (real estate, construction, transportation, supply chains), with leadership experience at seed through pre-IPO startups. I'm motivated to solve problems at the intersection of cities, technology, capital, and public policy and work towards creating more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive cities.

I started my career at Bain & Co., then spent a year as a policy researcher focused on skill development and affordable housing as part of a political campaign, and then transitioned into startup roles - across OYO (as employee 7), Better.com, and Mynd. I've also worked in real estate brokerage and development along the way.
