Indian Institute of Management Bangalore

Dr. Mukherjee’s research examines forces that provide stability and drive changes within organizations. Theoretically, his projects use a social psychological lens incorporating emotions to study the nature of organizations. He has advanced training and experience in a wide range of qualitative methods such as ethnography, interviews, and textual analysis. He also uses quantitative methods such as surveys and simulations in tandem.
