Sheyna Watkins

Sheyna Watkins is a software engineer with responsibilities in UI development at CDK Global, a technology firm that provides solutions for more than 28,000 automotive dealers around the world. She completed the Front-End UX Design and Development Program at Code Fellows and holds a bachelor's in graphic design from Northwest Nazarene University.

Watkins is committed to expanding the role of underrepresented groups in the tech industry and serves as an instructor and volunteer with SheCodesNow, a nonprofit that expands entry opportunities with basic instruction in coding. Drawing on her background as an award-winning journalist, she integrates digital development with effective user/technology interfaces.
