Dr. Sherry Tucker, whose deep expertise in culture, performance, compensation and talent management has been helping clients for the past 25 years, leads Tucker Consultants. After receiving a PhD in psychology from the University of Chicago, Dr. Tucker began her career as a college professor in the Business School at Washington University, teaching leadership and organizational behavior.

She left academics for consulting, where she held leadership roles with the largest human resources consulting firms, designing performance, compensation, and talent management programs for large companies. She was also the Director of Compensation and Benefits for Frito-Lay in Dallas. Her focus now is on helping companies to gain competitive advantage through the management of people and performance. Her clients range from Fortune 50 companies to mid-size companies to nonprofits.

Dr. Tucker has written numerous articles on culture, performance improvement, and compensation, and has taken her message to audiences in both the US and Europe. She is an adjunct professor in the Olin School of Business at Washington University, teaching Human Resources Strategy for General Managers in the MBA program.
