Shawn (Hanson) Butler

Ms. Shawn Butler received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Oregon in the United States. After several years working in the advertising business in Los Angeles, California she moved to Austin, Texas where she worked with numerous NGOs in the areas of fundraising, operations, marketing and recruitment. Additionally Ms. Butler served on multiple NGO Boards during the 20 years spent in Texas.

In 2014 Ms. Butler attended the University of Texas where she earned a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA). Shortly thereafter she relocated to Munich, Germany. Ms. Butler currently works as a Communication Studies Lecturer at several business schools and universities in the Munich area.
