Sharon Hellman is an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in the Management and Global Business Department at Rutgers Business School, where she teaches undergraduate courses in management skills and negotiations and graduate courses in organization behavior. Sharon has 25 years of management and consulting experience working in both the private and public sectors for several major companies including AT&T Bell Labs, Pearson, the Port Authority of NY & NJ, and most recently at NJ Transit. She earned her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
