Shana Ring

Shana Ring, President of Destination Leadership and founder of Developing a Coaching Mindset in the Workplace – a leadership program focused on enhancing coaching, communication and change skills of leaders at all levels in today’s workplace. Shana specializes in the area of developing coaching cultures, leadership and team development, succession planning and change. She has been working with individuals, teams and organizations in her own business since 2007. Prior to this Shana spent over 13 years in SaskPower successfully designing and leading leadership development initiatives. Shana Ring is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She completed her coach training through Royal Roads University’s Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Corporate Coach U’s Core Essentials Coach Training Program. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership & Training from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Regina. She is also certified in numerous tools including Proscinew, MBTI, EQ-I and EQ-360, EXPEDITION Coaching, Crucial Conversations, Legacy Leadership, Organizational Culture Inventory, Coaching Clinic, among others. Shana is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
