Shai Ganu

Shai Ganu is the Business Leader for Mercer’s Talent business across Asia. He leads a team of 150+ consultants who are trusted advisors to clients on issues relating to Rewards, Leadership and Talent Management, Business Transformation, and Workforce Planning & Analytics. His main focus areas are Board and Executive Compensation, Board Effectiveness Assessment, Reward Strategy, Performance Management, Incentive Design, Sales Effectiveness, and Organisational Transformation projects. He specialises in Financial Services, FMCG/ Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities/Industrials, and Telco industries. Shai works very closely with the Boards and management teams of some of the largest companies in the region, designing bespoke Executive Reward and Performance Management strategies. He has extensive experience in the designing and implementing of board and executive compensation, long and short-term incentive plans (equity and cash based), sales compensation plans, organisational design, and annual report disclosures.
