Assistant Professor

Serena Wu is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Smith School of Business. She received her PhD from the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia. She also holds a Master degree in Finance from the City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Peking University (Beijing, China).

Serena''s research interests are corporate governance, executive compensation, analyst forecast, and international accounting. She has been invited to present her research at some of the world''s best business schools such as MIT, London Business School and INSEAD. Her research has been accepted by leading academic journals such as The Accounting Review and the Journal of Law and Economics
