Sebastian Fuchs is an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Psychology and HRM and leads the course Human Behavior in Organizations at New York University Abu Dhabi. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from King's College London and an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Sebastian's research focuses on the dynamics surrounding the employee-organization relationship with special emphasis on employee performance and performance management, organizational commitment and identification, justice perceptions in organizations, change management, and employee engagement.

In his current role as Mercer's Career & Workforce Consulting Business Leader MENA, he leads a team of HR consultants which advises local and regional clients on HR strategy development and implementation, HR transformation, talent management, employee experience and engagement, organization design and governance, and change management activities.
