In 2017, created and delivered a 10-module project finance training providing skills to PM to optimize project performance. In 2018 acted as the recovery manager for projects in trouble.

Senior Project Portfolio Manager, Quality Improvement, Government Solution Line Aug 2015 – Jul 2017 Geneva Area, Switzerland Leading a small team, managed a portfolio of improvement projects, e.g. operational performance improvements in a Data Centre, network ordering, quality delivery and operations, delivery processes and practices. This led to improved service quality and better right the first time achievement, reduced re-work. Represented delivery in productization of Government Solution Line products, creating delivery models and guides, e.g. for entry-level packaging of a complex solution, dramatically reducing delivery time.

Senior Project Portfolio Manager, Government Solution Line Jan 2014 – Aug 2015 Geneva Area, Switzerland Managed the Project Portfolio for Europe and Africa: - line-managed a team of PMs and technical delivery staff, hired new staff members. Staff was awarded with several performance awards for work on 2014. - provided and reviewed estimations and contract schedules as a member of the bid team - monitored and oversaw the delivery of projects in portfolio, ensuring business benefits are met. Managed projects for Government customers and airlines, acclaimed by the customers. Initiated and managed the Airline Certification Improvement program, achieving a clear framework for reducing cost, improving estimates and achieving efficiencies in airline certification going forward.

Senior Project Manager, Delivery Improvement, Government Solution Line Apr 2013 – Dec 2013 Introduced company standard project management practices to the Solution Line, including project financial reporting. Created standards for project coding structure, WBS, resource plan; bid to delivery hand-over and transition to operations processes as well as the procurement and asset management guide. Project Managed the productisation of first four products of the Solution Line. Managed the holistic cross-department resource forecasting, planning and recruiting monitoring, achieving right-time resource availability for delivery of business objectives.

Raised Delivery Community financial competence through development and running of Delivery focused Finance training. Achived granular visibility to Project costs, allowing profitability management. Addressed issues relating to reporting accuracy (process, tools, people).

Programme Director, Corporate PMO Oct 2009 – Sep 2011 Geneva, Switzerland Responsible for Service Improvement: - Created and managed a Project Assurance Framework, including a Project Recovery Tookit. The Framework succesfully captured troubled projects and avoided customer escalations. As Recovery Manager, successfully rescued troubled projects. - Mapped out and managed interdependencies between company main internal investment Programmes, bringing to light unmanaged risks. - Contributed to PM process defintion, competence framework and career path management.
