Senior Project Portfolio Manager, Delivery Assurance, Business Integration and Solutions Jul 2017 – Oct 2018 Geneva Responsible for the governance and standards for the delivery of complex projects, upskilling of project and programme managers and for delivery support and recovery. In 2017, created and delivered a 10-module project finance training providing skills to PM to optimize project performance. In 2018 acted as the recovery manager for projects in trouble.
