Cork University Business School
Sarah Greeley is a PhD candidate in the Department of Management and Marketing, Cork University Business School, University College Cork, Ireland. Her PhD research is focused on transformational leadership training and its effects on subordinate creativity. She is supervised by Drs. Ronan Carbery, Anthony McDonnell and Gillian Barrett. Prior to beginning her doctoral research, Sarah completed a MSc in Human Resources & Employment Relations from The Pennsylvania State University in The United States. During her Master's thesis, Sarah studied the influence that mentoring had on an expatriate's affective commitment to their organization as well their project success on assignment. She also completed her Bachelor's at Penn State in Psychology.
