I am a professor and a consultant dedicated to helping people become their best selves. In my role as InspireCorps' Co-founder, CO-CEO & Chief Perspective Officer and as a Professor at Northern Kentucky University, I combine my Silicon Valley experience with academic rigor to craft and teach innovative, high-impact development plans for leaders, teams and organizations. I am also a publishing professor and enjoy translating my research in informal power, social influence and organizational culture into tools that transform leaders and their organizations.
