Salomé van Coller-Peter

Dr Van-Coller is a Senior Lecturer teaching on the Masters in Management Coaching and the Master of Business Administration on Coaching in Business. She has designed and implemented the curriculum of the MPhil in Management Coaching and postgraduate certificates in coaching at the Business School. She brings a wealth of coaching experience in a range of organisations with her. Current and recent international clients for whom she consults are Astra-Zeneca, ABB, Epsilon, Sasol and Namport. She works with a variety of clients in the educational, financial, pharmaceutical, construction, production and non-for-profit sectors. Dr Van Coller-Peter’s areas of expertise in teaching and research centre on the transformation of individuals, groups and organisations, coaching and mentoring of executives, and the alignment of values in executive teams. She holds an MCom in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, a Masters in Professional Coaching as well as a PhD in Coaching from Middlesex University, UK. Dr Van Coller-Peter supports the development of ethical standards for professional coaches in South Africa and engages widely in the development and mentoring of young entrepreneurs from low income communities for the greater good of society.
