Sally Sparhawk is a skilled senior consultant with over 25 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies to improve their business during times of change.

Sally’s specialties include organizational consulting (assessment, strategic change, and leadership alignment), customized design/development, training facilitators, and leading projects (including planning and budgeting). Dynamic and high energy, Sally has been a presenter at 14 ASTD International Conferences.

Sally’s clients include Corning, Eastman Kodak, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Goulds Pumps, LearnShare, Liberty Mutual, Maryland National Bank, NatWest Bank, the Professional Ski Instructors of America, Royal Bank of Toronto, Shell Oil, TRINOVA, Trustcorp Bank, Unum, and the Vanguard Group.

A graduate of Kent State University, Sally has a Master’s degree from Bowling Green State University. She has completed the Organization and Systems Development Program at the Gestalt Institute. Sally has written a book titled Identifying Targeted Training Needs.

Sally is a Level 2 Certified Ski Instructor and lives in Snowmass Village, Colorado, where she teaches skiing to children with special needs.
