Sabah brings an enormous wealth of experience to Impact Factory, as well as a hugely varied background.

The daughter of a diplomat, she has lived in over 10 countries including Saudi Arabia, Russia, Egypt, Britain, U.S.A., Poland, Yemen, Mexico, India, and the U.A.E, which has given her a very good understanding of different cultures and traditions.

She speaks English, Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu, and has a working knowledge of French.

Her diverse education includes a BSc in International Business Administration from the US University, San Diego and an MSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics. She has worked in Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Karachi, Moscow, Dubai and of course, London.

Sabah began her career in the business world initially at Citibank, as a financial analyst, moving to PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Strategy Consultant in Moscow and the UK.

She has extensive experience with strategy implementation, business process re-engineering and project planning with a range of multinational clients, including Cisco, SAP, Nokia, Philips, W.H. Smith, Corus Steel and Proctor and Gamble.

Sabah left PWC in 2002 when she joined a technology start-up in London as their Senior Business Development Manager, where she developed and managed the commercial strategy for the business. She led a team of people and negotiated over 60 contracts with blue chip retailers. Sabah’s incisive business skills helped the management team sell the company to a larger business two years later.

Sabah has not only been hugely capable as a consultant, she is dynamic and warm in front of the camera as well! She has worked in the media and hosted her own talk show focusing on Social Issues for ARY, a Dubai based television channel. She is an engaging presenter and able to make guests feel welcome and at ease, no mean feat in front of an audience.

Sabah started her career in training and coaching ten years ago, she is passionate about training and believes that everyone has a limitless potential which can be achieved with an open mind, a dedication to self-development and a will to experiment.

She specialises in Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Emotional and Social Intelligence, Conflict Management and Strategy Development.

Since joining Impact Factory she has been involved in Communication Skills, Assertiveness and Influencing and has worked with a variety of clients including The Perfume Shop, Digitas LBi and Prudential.

Sabah is passionate about giving back to society and plays an active part in a charity called FLAME, which runs more than 50 home-based schools in Pakistan. She also has two children who are school-going and keep her on toes. Between her professional and personal commitments, there’s never a dull moment!
