ossana Tabares is a human resources executive with over 20 years of domestic and international experience in the full spectrum of Human Resources disciplines with a strong focus on Talent Strategy, Leadership Development and Organizational Alignment.

As an organizational alignment expert and talent strategist she has held various senior level corporate positions in organizations such as Visa, BUPA, Baxter and consulted for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50, partnering with senior and operational management to develop the internal infrastructural alignment, talent and leadership capabilities required to attain sustainable business results.

Rossana holds a Masters of Human Resource Management from Florida International University. Additionally, she has earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resource (GPHR) and SHRM- SCP extended by the Society of Human Resource Management. She also serves as a Board Member for the Greater Miami Society of Human Resources Management (GMSHRM) since 2008.
