Roopesh Shah

Roopesh is Senior Managing Director (Restructuring and Debt Advisory) at Evercore, a premier global independent investment banking advisory firm.

Previously, Roopesh was MD, Global Head of Debt Advisory and Restructuring at Goldman Sachs and, before that, a Director at Miller Buckfire and Co., an internationally recognised investment bank focused on helping clients to address complex transformational issues.

Roopesh is a Board member of Her Justice, a nonprofit organisation which provides free legal services in New York to women on low-incomes who are also victims of domestic abuse. He is also a Board member of Futures and Options, which matches talented underprivileged high-school students with career development and paid internships.

Roopesh holds a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
