Ron Claude

Ron Claude is the principal/managing partner of R.D. Claude & Associates, a Seattle-based management consulting firm specializing in business process redesign and supply chain management. He has over 25 years of process analysis and redesign experience and his former clients include companies such as Nike, Toyota, IBM, Mattel, Levi-Strauss and Pfizer.

Before starting his own business, Claude worked for the consulting firms PwC, IBM and Clarkston, where he led or co-led the development of their business process redesign methods and tools. He also trained over 100 consultants and practitioners in the use of these methodologies and tools.

Claude is passionate about continual learning and high-performance team development. He has conducted multiple guest lectures at the UW Operations Club on global supply chain challenges and project management. He is a certified PMP and holds a B.A. from California State University, Fullerton.
