Roman Rackwitz studied International Management & Marketing at the Euro-Business-College in Munich and at the University of Sunderland. After one year of working for an aid-development agency in Africa, D.R. Kongo, he founded his Gamification agency, beeing the first such company in Europe.

Today he is also Managing Partner at Wunderland Media UG, a social-media agency and at ‘Geheimtipp München’, Munich’s leading online city-magazine.

2012, Roman Rackwitz, was named a Top-10 Gamification-Expert by the agency Rise.Global. Today he teaches Gamification in Germany and Switzerland, and leads the German Gamification movement.
