Roland Teo

Roland has held key positions for more than 20 years in boththe public and private sectors, specializing in enterprise risk, business continuity, credit management, and training and development for medium and large corporations in multi-industry environment (with businesses in Asia, India and the Middle East).

He previously headed the ERM department in one of the largest Indonesian paper and pulp group operating the world's largest integrated paper mill. One of his key achievements was leading the launch of the Singapore government’s National Business Continuity Management Programme in 2008 as a director of Singapore Business Federation. Roland is a member of the risk and business continuity management standards development groups for ISO 31000 & ISO 22301, respectively. He is also board/committee member of several key risk management professional groups.
