Biography

Roger B. Parks is Emeritus Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. He has studied police organization and performance for more than forty years. Recently (2006-2010) Parks served as evaluator for the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service''s Model Stations Initiative. Publications from the evaluation include Tammy Rhinehart Kochel, Roger B. Parks, and Stephen D. Mastrofski, "Examining Police Effectiveness as a Precursor to Legitimacy and Cooperation with Police". Justice Quarterly 2012 and David B. Wilson, Roger B. Parks, and Stephen D.
