Roger Fielding

Roger Fielding MBA CPCC PCC is a Leadership Consultant and Certified Professional Coach, having worked with an international recruitment and consultancy firm for many years, he now has his own business. He is one of only 243 coaches in the UK to be awarded the prestigious ‘PCC’ (Professional Certified Coach) status by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Roger creates value for his clients by helping them get the very best from their people. He has been doing this for more than 20 years, working with national and international clients, extensively with private sector SMEs and with executives at most levels and functions within organisations and across a variety of sectors including the not-for-profit, educational and cultural sectors.

His Leadership Programmes are designed and delivered in a way to involve and stretch leaders. Interactive, demanding, informative and engaging, the courses comprise group work, exercises, games and presentations. Roger’s aim is always to help delegates be the leader or strategist their organisation needs them to be.

In addition to designing and delivering leadership programmes, Roger also works with individual directors, leaders or managers, as an executive coach. Roger works with his coaching clients to help ensure they can make the difference their organisation wants them to make. Roger believes that coaching can powerfully change performance; indeed, coaching can change lives. Coaching can be the spur to improved performance, increased reward, enhanced satisfaction and personal fulfilment. He supports his clients to make conscious choices (perhaps the ’bottom line’ of coaching) and challenges them to consider alternative possibilities. He supports them to find their own best response to whatever their challenges might be.
