Roger Bachmann

Roger H. Bachmann studied law in Southampton (U.K.) and Fribourg (Switzerland). Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies in Compliance Management, the Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and the Executive Master of European and International Business Law (E.M.B.L.-HSG).

From 2001 until 2004, he worked at SIX Swiss Exchange, first as head of the department "Enforcement & Compliance". Later he was the deputy head of the self-regulated organization "Surveillance & Enforcement" and head of compliance department of Eurex Zurich AG was added to his responsibilities. From 2004 until 2006 Roger H. Bachmann was a member of the US based compliance officer team at Swiss Reinsurance Company with the personal responsibility for global transactions conducted from the hubs London & Zurich. From 2006 until 2008, he headed the compliance team for investment products at Credit Suisse. Afterwards he headed from 2008 until 2013 the Legal & Compliance department for Investment Banking at Zurich Kantonalbank. From 2014 until 2015 he was Consultant for legal and regulatory Compliance within the Global Market project onsite at Sberbank Switzerland AG.
