Roemer Visser

As Executive Professor at TIAS School for Business and Society, Roemer designs and delivers leadership development workshops for corporate clients, helping their senior leaders get the best out of themselves and their teams. Besides teaching leadership in Executive MBA programs, he has worked with clients such as Royal IHC, DLL, Atradius, Marel, the Chamber of Commerce, and Royal HaskoningDHV.

His persistent interest in the human side of organizational life has resulted in a breadth of relevant leadership topics, such as leadership paradoxes, teams and collaboration, persuasion, change, employee engagement, the leader as coach, and workplace politics. An underlying theme in his work is the identification and assessment of underlying mental models that may impede performance.

Roemer is a passionate speaker, teacher and ICF certified coach. He has lived both in the US and in the Netherlands. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the Vrije University in Amsterdam, and a Doctorate in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
