Biography

Robert is Chief Executive Officer for the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC), where he has led numerous innovation projects across Canada and globally. Previously, Robert was Assistant Deputy Minister with Ontario’s Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing where he was responsible for delivering key government priorities to over 400 municipalities across the Province. In addition, he was the Assistant Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Research and Innovation and led the launch of the Province’s first Innovation Strategy.
