Claudio Ondoli is SDA Professor of Leadership, Organization and Human Resources at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
At SDA Bocconi, he was Director of the Executive MBA Evening Program from 2008 to 2015 and Coordinator of the Course “Sviluppo delle competenze relazionali”. He conducted numerous training programs, workshop and organizational consulting projects in service firms and bank institutes and organizations within the public administration.
His training, research and consulting activity deals with management teams’ effectiveness and cohesion, issues related to leadership development in complex organizations, organizational communication, change management, management and personnel developmentsystems and methodologies for the development of individual potential, coaching and backing to coordination figures operating in the field of project management.
He is the author of numerous books on the subject. Among his most recent publications, we can remember “Organizzare e gestire progetti” (2005, Etas) and some chapters in “Project Based Enterprise” (2010, Egea) e “Responsible Leadership”” (2015, Egea). He also authored several scientific studies that deepen some peculiar aspects related with working life: “Codice etico per il lavoro temporaneo” (2003, Crora – Manpower), “Donne e potere” (2001 - SDA Bocconi – DIR), “La personalità al lavoro “(2000; SDA Bocconi – Area Organizzazione e Personale).
Claudio earned a Degree in in Chemistry from Milan University in 1978. He is married and has one daughter.
