SDA Bocconi School of Management

Claudio Ondoli is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership, Organization and Human Resources at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

At SDA Bocconi, he was the Director of the Executive MBA Evening Program from 2008 to 2015 and Coordinator of the Course “Sviluppo delle competenze relazionali”. He has conducted numerous education programs, workshops and organizational consulting projects in service firms and bank institutes and organizations in public administration.

His education, research and consulting activities deal with management teams’ effectiveness and cohesion, issues related to leadership development in complex organizations, organizational communication, change management, management and personnel development systems and methodologies for the development of individual potential, coaching and support for coordinators operating in the field of project management.

He is the author of numerous books on his topics of interest. His most recent publications include“Organizzare e gestire progetti” (2005, Etas) and some chapters in “Project Based Enterprise” (2010, Egea) and “Responsible Leadership”” (2015, Egea). He has also authored several scientific studies which closely examine specific aspects related to working life: "Le persone giuste per i progetti" (2019, Knowledge Category Project Management); “Codice etico per il lavoro temporaneo” (2003, Crora – Manpower), “Donne e potere” (2001 - SDA Bocconi – DIR), “La personalità al lavoro “(2000; SDA Bocconi – Area Organizzazione e Personale).

Claudio earned a degree in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano in 1978. He is married and has one daughter.
