Some of my research has been recognized with awards over the past twenty years. Some of my recent research in real estate has been supported through a competitive grant from the Real Estate Research Institute.
I have Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. degrees in economics from the University of Maryland– College Park. I have been married for 42+ years, and my wife, Cindy, and I have four daughters (two of whom are married to Army veterans – SF and Aviation branch), and a granddaughter (and one on the way!) and 2 grandsons.
