The Scheller College of Business
obert Burgess holds an MBA from Lynchburg College and a BS in Engineering from the University of Tennessee—Knoxville. He also has completed three of four parts of a PhD in Operations Management at Georgia Tech (ABD). Burgess has 8 years of professional engineering experience and served in roles as product engineer, engineering manager, and jet engine structural design engineer. Burgess has taught Analytic Tools, Management Science, Operations Management, and Management of Technology for GT Scheller at the Bachelors, Masters and Executive Education levels. Since May 2014, Burgess has been the Administrative Director of the Denning Technology & Management Program.
