Mr. Robert E Broadbent (MBA, PMP) is a Professor in the School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science at Centennial College. Registered as a Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute) and recently re-certified in Oct 2018 until Feb 2022. Mr. Broadbent has focused on the development of a practical budget tool to allow Project Managers (who are not usually Finance majors) to build a time phased budget without needing to also develop the template to create it. Mr. Broadbent has previously been involved with the creation and expansion of the Durham (Ontario) Chapter of the Project Management Institute and as the second President was instrumental in obtaining full PMI Chapter status for what had previously been a start-up or provisional Chapter.
