Richard Chan’s research domain is broadly situated at the intersection of psychology, technology, and entrepreneurial finance. Specifically, he investigates how actors' cognitive processes, shaped by individual differences and altered by social and ambient environments, influence the evaluations of entrepreneurial opportunities.
