Richard Berlin
Adjunct Lecturer at Goizueta Business School
Biography
Goizueta Business School
I believe in two things. First, every organization must grow to be successful. Second, being able to change (individuals and the organization) is the only way to make this happen.
My passion is helping organizations grow and people develop. With more than 30 years of experience in business and management consulting, I’ve seen it all. Having turned around a business, led a technology start-up and led numerous organizational change initiatives, I know what works and what doesn’t.
Leveraging my experience from a Big 4 Consulting firm and using the latest academic research on best practices from my role as a top 20 business school professor, I focus on bridging the gap between strategy and results.
My clients have described me as a collaborative leader, problem solver and true partner in their business success. I help organizations to: 1) create and execute strategy, 2) develop productive organizations and talent, and 3) grow effective leaders and teams.
Isn’t time you and your organization deserve more? If you want to start making real change, I’d love to help. Please reach out to me and connect.
